factors and superfine structure constants |A| with decreasing the diameters of the nanocrystals were observed also. The g shift due to the hybridization between s p states of ZnS and d states of the Mn ions by carrier quantum confinement ( R

) effects were discussed and analyzed by Cardona model using
k·p
perturbation.
